Our Programs

Preschool Classes

The school provides young learners (4 years old) with competency based education along with socialization and basic skills development. After they finished preschool, the students are able to read, write, and learn independently.

Elementary Education

The program covers Kindergarten and 6 years of basic education (primary education). The school teaches the students basic 21st Century Skills thus, producing disciplined and globally competent students.

Summer Class

An extended-year program designed to enrich learning for students who struggle in learning. The summer class is also used for assessing incoming students/ transferees.

Sponsorship Program

This program is only available for indigent families especially within the vicinity of Ligao City who passed the assessment conducted by the school administrators. Furthermore, they undergo validation thru home visitation. Upon passing the assessment and the home visitation conducted by the school administrators the sponsorship program will still depend on the availability of sponsors.

Swimming Program

Every Summer or weekends of the school year, we offer this program with a licensed coach to teach the students the importance of physical fitness&character buildingso they can achieve a healthy lifestyle learning this new life skill.

Music Program

We also offer extra-curricular learning opportunities for students. In partnership with the Rodriguez Music Training Center, our school provides music programs such as Summer Music Trainings, Semestral Programs and our newly offered Online Music Lessons which focuses on piano, violin, voice, guitar & ukulele. We aim that through these fun & music-filled activities we can nurture our students love for music as we help them develop their musical skills and creativity. Our beloved teachers are Teacher Ken Rodriguez for the piano & violin; and Teacher Jubail (Love) Rodriguez-Reynancia for the voice, guitar & ukulele.

Preschool FAQ's

  1. Visit the school’s official FB (VanderPol Christian Academy Philippines) and click the link for online registration. Fill out the form. Verify the information before submitting. The online registration will serve as the student’s official enrollment form.
  2. After accomplishing the online registration, payment may be done through bank transfer.

  3. Send the screenshot or any proof of transfer/deposit slip to vanderpolchristianacad@gmail.com .
  4. The school cashier will issue an official receipt after receiving the deposit slip and verification has been done. The soft copy of the official receipt will be sent through e-mail while the hard copy is ready for pick up at the school’s cashier.
  5. e. If bank transfer is not possible, payment may be done directly to the school cashier through scheduled onsite payment.

  2. Parents may also personally secure hard copy of the school enrollment from the school guard.
    *Fill out the enrollment form legibly.
    *Call the school CP numbers and schedule for a face-to-face transaction.
    *The parents of VCA SPONSORED (full scholar) elementary students shall return the accomplished enrollment forms to the school guard.
  3. Yes, all classrooms (except for the NE Mini VanderPol Class) are certParent/Guardian (limited to one parent/guardian ONLY)
    *The details will be recorded by the school registrar.ified to care for potty-trained children at least 3 years old. Students must be out of diapers and pull-ups by the time they start at VanderPol. We know however that accidents will happen and ask that students have at least one full change of clothing stored at VanderPol. Classrooms will be taking frequent whole class trips to the restroom. Throughout the day, students will be reminded and encouraged to use the restroom.

    4. Notes: Scanned requirements may be sent through e-mail or FB messenger.
    After restrictions on crowd gathering is lifted, the hard copies of these requirements shall be submitted to the school.

    Regular/Face-to-Face Class (New Normal Standard)
    It is a traditional learning environment where students and teachers are both physically present in the classroom. Students are required to come to school for a face-to face instruction following the New Normal Protocols in social gathering.

    Alternative Delivery Modes

  1. Modified Homeschooling is an alternative mode of delivering class instruction that provides learners with equal access to quality basic education at home to be facilitated by qualified parents, guardians, or tutors.
  2. Blended Learning is an alternative delivery mode that allows a combination of face-to-face and online learning delivery.
  3. Module Type is an alternative mode of delivering class instruction which uses module printed learning materials, books, and guide to address students who do not have internet connection.

Personal – the parents/ guardian will be the one to get the material from the school on a given date.

Soft Copy- the parents/guardian will request for the soft copy of the module and the school will send it thru email or fb messenger.
